(GST and IST) Compulsory under QQ rules Penal Code 44 Act 2021
Bonjour tout le monde. Please take note that we, MagasinerQQ™ will start charging all buyers Goods and Services' Taxes (GST) and sellers Income Sales Taxes (IST).
Why? Because we are responding to QQ rules Penal Code 44 Act 2021 starting on Thursday, 1st July 2021. Everyone, regardless of who are you, are required to pay GST and IST. Failure to do so is an offense for you and MagasinerQQ™.
To make it simple:

FOR BUYERS: We will add the total price of the item and tax in the product page. So what you see is what you pay. All items and add on regardless of the price is 5% GST fixed under Section 44.2 QQ rules Penal Code 44 Act 2021. For example, if the item you want cost QQ$100.00, the 5% GST is QQ$5.00, so you'll see QQ$105.00 on the product page.
FOR SELLERS: We will summarized for you the total under Section 44.3 QQ rules Penal Code 44 Act 2021. You'll be paying IST for up to 20% depending on your total profit per month below:

That is not how it works. Unfortunately, IST means Income Sales Tax, meaning we'll deduct from your earnings. Your customer pays tax that straight process to the Finance Department. So, we'll collect your customer's tax. Also, if you earn more profits, you'll have to pay more tax when you payout, regardless whether you make a profit or loss.
